My goal is to increase those food sources that are high in Vitamin D, such as canned tuna and some fortified cereals. I also think that I will begin taking cod liver oil again. Cod liver oil is not only great for Vitamin D but other essential vitamins and minerals, like omega 3s and vitamin A.(I haven't had cod liver oil since I was a young child; I never enjoyed the fishy taste and smell, which is why I will get the orange or lemon flavor). Whenever, I get really tired in the middle of the day I find out that my vitamin D is low. I was taking supplements but I hate them. I hate taking pills in general. I rather get my vitamin D in foods and sun. What are certain foods that have a great amount of vitamin D? YoungBlack&Veganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18228073597772773259noreply@blogger.com
